ALASKA

Adults 21 and older can grow up to 6 plants for recreational use, with only 3 mature and floweing plants at any given time.

CALIFORNIA

Adults 21 and older are allowed to grow 6 plants per person with up to 6 plants per residence for recreational use.

COLORADO

Adults 21 and older allowed to grow up to 6 plants per person, with only 3 mature and floweing plants at any given time.

MAINE

Adults 21 and older allowed to have up to 3 mature and flowering plants, 12 immature plants with the same limits applying per household.

Ownership of the plants must be made clear to law enforcement that may come across them. If you’re growing marijuana for personal use, the plant(s) must be tagged with a legible label that includes your name, driver’s license or state identification card number, and a notation that the plant(s) are being grown as authorized by law.

MASSACHUSETTS

Adults 21 and older are allowed to grow up to 6 plants per person up to 12 plants per household.
